4. Credits and Payments
The Service works through a credit-based system:
- Each image generation consumes a specific amount of credits.
- Credits are purchased through the plans available on the pricing page.
- Unused credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card data.
5. User Content
When you upload images to the platform:
- You represent that you own the rights to uploaded images or have permission to use them.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to process those images solely to provide the Service.
- You remain the sole owner of AI-generated images created from your products.
- You must not upload images that infringe third-party rights, are illegal, or obscene.
6. Intellectual Property
Images generated by the Service from your products are yours. PhotoAI retains rights to the platform, source code, design, and underlying software.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing content.
- Attempt to compromise platform security systems.
- Automate requests in an abusive way.
- Resell the Service without explicit authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will be perfect or suitable for all commercial uses. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
